For over 20 years we have been designing and manufacturing custom and
bespoke solutions to meet our clients' power requirements. This
experience covers a wide range of battery technologies including: lead
acid, NiCd, NiMH, lithium and primary. Ranging from telecommunication
applications to solar power supplies we have the skills and facilities
needed to meet even the most stringent requirement.
DMS capabilities include the latest 3D CAD design software using
Solidworks for design of complete battery systems utilising injection
moulding, blow moulding, vacuum forming, sheetmetal, plastic
fabrication and casting.

Our 18,000 sq.ft facility, in Romsey, has been designed
for efficient manufacturing flow and utilises a wide range of
electronic test equipment and battery welders. We have a high level of
technical competence to ensure that the final product will meet all
the relevant specifications and operate throughout the required design
life.
DMS technologies offer:
